How To Make Really Fresh Guacamole

The girls and I decided to go salsa dancing in Denver on a Saturday night. Before, we decided to stop by Lola’s eat have a few margaritas and some fresh made guacamole and chips.

Steve was our guacamole extraordinaire. Juanita asked a few questions about the preparation and ingredients. After whipping it good Steve spread some chili powder on the egce of the guacamole bowl and wrote Lola’s. Of course he has also written his phone number and show size as well.

Here are the ingredients to make really fresh guacamole.

Ingredients: Avocados, Lemon Juice, Crated Cheese, Red Onions, Minced Cilandro, Garlic, Chopped Onion, Salt, Chives, Tomato Cubes

Puerto Rican Trovador in Luquillo Beach, PR

First stop Luquillo beach, Puerto Rico.

After swimming in delicious waters of Luquillo beach Pachanga Diaries finds a puertorrican “trovador” singing native songs with random families.

We didn’t interview the upbeat “Trovador” but it was clear he was ready to sing for our camera.
