Puerto Rican Fashion Research: Old San Juan and Crocs

Puerto Rican Fashion Research Case 20090730
On my way out of the “Parque de las Palomas”, in the old San Juan, I ran into this peculiar character. He is an acordeon soloist of the beautiful city of the Old San Juan; Captain Crocs. I didn’t know if he qualify as a prospect for my fashion research at the beginning and then I noticed his crocs.
In a humid weather crocs are paticularly useful since it protects, fit as a shoe and keeps great ventilation for your feet.

Truth be told, Capt. Crocs is quite appropriate…crocs were originally sold at a boat show…
Thank you Luis for your comment. Perhaps, Crocs founder got the idea from this dude while visiting Puerto Rico. Now, we need to make Monika a fan of the Pachanga Diaries.
